BPI UV/Visible Dual Computer Cal 380/400nm with printer port #16855

This unit calibrates automatically at the push of a button and reads UV light transmission between 350 and 400nm and visible light transmission between 400 and 700nm. Lenses (or lenses in frames) are tested by placing them under the sensor and pushing the READ button. Immediately the digital display will alternate between the percentage of UV transmission and visible transmission and the appropriate signal light will be lit. It has a durable and attractive powder coated finish. A black, cushioned PVC mat protects the lenses and frames from scratches. UL approved. Can be witched between the two UV transmission standards, 380 and 400nm. Can also be connected to a printer through the RS232 printer port.
