BPI Transchromatic Dual Computer Cal III #16858

BPI Transchromatic Computer Cal III calibrates automatically at the push of a button and reads UV light transmission between 350 and 400 nm. In addition it reads visible light transmission between 400 and 700nm. Photochromic lenses can be tested in this unit. The UV and visible transmission will be measured and displayed continuously as the lenses darken. It has automatic calibration, a digital display showing percentage transmission and a signal light display.Lenses (or lenses in frames) are tested by placing them under the sensor and pushing the READ button. Immediately the digital display will alternate between the percentage of UV transmission and visible transmission and the appropriate signal light will be lit. The BPI Transchromatic Computer Cal IIIhas a durable and attractive powder coated finish. A black, cushioned PVC mat protects the lenses and frames from scratches.
